First Announcement
The Far East and Oceanic Fracture Society (FEOFS) is pleased to announce that the 7th International Conference on Fracture and Strength of Solids Collaboration with International Conference on
Computational Science and Engineering will be held in Urumqi, China during August 27-30, 2007.
The Aim of FEOFS 2007 is to bring researchers from the world's academia, industry, and the governments, for a few days, to the ambience of Urumqi, China, in August 2007, to review and discuss the state of progress, recent advances and to present their latest findings as well as to exchange ideas among engineers and scientists involved in Fracture and Strength of Solids and Experimental and Computational Mechanics, expected to achieve and facilitate collaborative research efforts.
We invite those who would like to organize Symposia on contemporary research topics of their choice, to please send the titles, brief descriptions, and lists of potential speakers to:

(PS:lease send us the abstract in MS word format in order to typeset.)
and 6-page full length paper before August 30, 2007, directly at conference desk.The full length paper should be no more than 6 pages and in WORD format for check and edit. After the author of the paper gives a speech about his paper in the conference, we will accept the full length paper then. Three experts in the same field will check the paper. With their consensus, the paper will be published in "Advanced Materials Research" (AMR) journal , which is online available in full text via Scientific Net platform www.scientific.net/.
